Take a number of experienced dancers. Entice them to dance with all comers through the course of an evening. Take a number of 'all comers,' invite them to some workshops earlier in the evening or to the dance evening after the workshops. Stir in some music, a dance mixer game or two, a buffet and watch the fun.
Dovercourt's 3rd floor was full Saturday night as United Salseros Social Butterfly's danced and 'fluttered' all night long.
